She’s our oldest and she turns 9 today.
Being a parent is one effed up job… but it’s also pretty incredible.
In today’s audio journal I want to share with you something that we started doing as parents, that has also bled into many of our friend groups, my marriage and more.
We’ve found it to be a great way to keep communication open, strengthen relationships and help people to really feel seen when they need it. Maybe you’ll give it a try.
